New Desktop(Old Old Charizard pic)

A very old picture from long ago when I had my first computer and internet this is the desktop background to celebrate 20 years of Pokemon. This Charizard pic is very old the artist is unknown but from what I remember the artist that drew this beautiful Charizard pic had their own website which is now gone, and fanfics and pictures of Charizards and Charmanders. I have to find that site one day but the artist isn't on DA but this beautiful picture of Charizard I love so much. Happy 20th anniversary Pokemon!
